We are Josh and Taylor Butler, husband and wife and real estate team with a shared passion for helping individuals and families find their perfect home. Josh is a Franklin native while Taylor made the move from Florida to Nashville in 2019.
In 2023, we planned a wedding, went back to school, changed careers, bought a home and moved to a new city. Just a year later in 2024, we were overjoyed to have been brought back to the Franklin, TN area. All that to say, we are no stranger to the pressure of moving and purchasing a home.
Motivated by our personal experience, we have become deeply committed to alleviating the stress and confusion that often accompany the home-buying journey. OUR BACKGROUND
Josh has spent many years in supply chain with a focus on team management and process development. Taylor spent 5 years in the music industry as a marketer. Together, we pride ourselves on bringing unique skills to represent our clients to the best of our ability.
